Founded in 2018 with the vision of "Be A Healthy Food Advocate", Kaiyu Xinghui Group has developed an integrated, end-to-end industrial chain ecosystem encompassing overseas ranching, food processing, international/domestic trade, warehousing & logistics, supply chain finance, and brand operations — seamlessly connecting sourcing, production and distribution. DIRECT PROCURMENT

   依托 “三大产区、十大主国、百家头部供应商” 直采网络,集团年进口牛羊肉超 8 万吨,在澳洲羔羊肉、巴西牛肉等品类形成国际议价权优势,成为全球食材流通体系的重要“稳定器”。2025 年,集团开创 “源采 + 合作” 模式,与岳阳观盛国资平台深度绑定,开创 “政府引导、市场运作、多方协同” 的供应链安全新范式,从源头筑牢食材供应的 “安全堤坝”。

Leveraging our direct procurement network spanning "three core production zones, ten key countries, and 100+ tier-one suppliers", the Group imports over 80,000 metric tons of beef and lamb annually. We have established international pricing power advantages in categories like Australian lamb and Brazilian beef, positioning ourselves as a crucial "stabilizer" in global food distribution systems.
In 2025, the Group pioneered the "Direct Sourcing + Strategic Partnership" model through deep collaboration with Yueyang Guansheng State Capital Platform. This innovative "government-guided, market-operated, multi-stakeholder synergized" approach establishes a new paradigm for supply chain security, constructing an impregnable "safety dam" for ingredient sourcing from origin.

The Group's production base has obtained triple international certifications (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and HACCP), establishing a comprehensive quality control system spanning from primary raw material processing to finished product refinement. Through technological innovation, we deliver full-chain quality assurance from "pasture to plate."

        仓储布局:以10,000m³自有高标准冷库为核心枢纽,通过智能云仓系统整合周边卫星仓与外协冷库资源,构建起年吞吐量达10万吨的“全国枢纽仓+区域前置仓”一体化冷链仓储网络。当前重点推进的智能化云仓升级项目,将依托物联网与大数据技术构建覆盖全国的供应链数字中台,打造集智能温控、动态调配、全程追溯于一体的现代冷链基础设施,为构建数字化流通体系提供核心支撑平台。
Warehouse Layout: Centered around a 10,000m³ self-owned high-standard cold storage facility as the core hub, the intelligent cloud warehouse system integrates resources from peripheral satellite warehouses and third-party cold storage partners, forming an integrated cold chain warehousing network with an annual throughput of 100,000 tons—structured as a "National Hub Warehouse + Regional Forward Warehouses" model.
The ongoing smart cloud warehouse upgrade initiative leverages IoT and big data technologies to establish a nationwide supply chain digital platform. This advanced infrastructure integrates intelligent temperature control, dynamic allocation, and end-to-end traceability, serving as the foundational support for building a fully digital distribution system.

        集团总部坐落于大连,以此为战略核心构建了辐射全国的线下销售体系。通过科学布局各区域枢纽城市的核心办事处与前置仓,集团实现了高效服务覆盖与快速响应能力,持续为客户提供便捷、专业的本地化支持。在产业集散核心区设立办事处,前置仓网全国布局,2小时极速响应。构建起以点带面、联动协同的业务格局,进一步强化了全国市场的深度渗透与精细化运营。

        其中,郑州办事处辐射华中、联动华北华东,广州办事处深耕粤港澳大湾区高端市场,成都办事处服务西南餐饮产业集群。通过智能前置仓布局,配合跨区域动态补货机制,精准匹配中国餐饮业区域化、快周转的采购需求,并在民生保障和稳定市场中发挥关键作用。

Headquartered in Dalian, the Group has established a nationwide offline sales network with this strategic core as the focal point. Through a scientifically optimized layout of regional hub offices and forward warehouses, the Group achieves efficient service coverage and rapid response capabilities, consistently delivering convenient and professional localized support to customers.
Currently, the Group operates three major regional offices (Zhengzhou, Guangzhou, and Chengdu) and has deployed multiple forward warehouses in key cities including Shenyang, Taiyuan, Zhengzhou, Suzhou, Hangzhou, and Guangzhou, forming a hub-and-spoke, interconnected business framework. This structure enhances nationwide market penetration and precision operations.
